Quiet Calm Curl Control
- Fights frizz
- Defines and intensifies curls
- Smooths the hair cuticle
When your curls won’t calm down, hit them with this curl cream. It tames frizz, hydrates and defines curls, and even smooths textured hair for that shiny look you’ve only dreamed of. And speaking of dreamy, the scents of Certified Organic orange flower oil and frangipani create a sense of peace and balance for a little Zen in place of your normal frazzled hair frustrations.
Apply to damp hair. Use fingers to gently separate and shape curls into desired style, adding more product as needed. For defined curls, diffuse or let air dry.
This cream can be used on wavy and straight hair types to control frizz and static.

About The Brand
Founded on the principle that self-care is at the center of health and wellness, Innersense helps us make healthier, cleaner choices in haircare. Through the use of aromatherapeutic scents and organic plant-based ingredients, their products deliver hydration, health, and shine like only Mother Nature can provide.
Works pretty well
I love Innersense’s entire line, and while this isn’t my favorite, it still works well. I have thick, shoulder length wavy-curly hair that hates gels and mousses but tends to do fairly well with creams. This particular one is fairly light, though a little still goes a long way. You’ll definitely know if you use too much; I’ve learned to keep it close to my ends and far from my scalp. I like it best when used alongside Innersense’s sea salt spray for a little more texture.
Only clean curl care I can count on
I’ve had an interesting journey with this product. Initially I wasn’t a fan of how “tacky” it made my hair feel. After finding the right portion (about a dime-sized amount for my long hair) and following up with a curl custard, this product is doing a great job at holding curl shape and keeping my washdays down in frequency.
Dry and gross
This product left my hair looking stringy and frizzy. I realized that my hair does not do well with creams, but does better with gels. If your hair is the same, I would not recommend. I know the company says you have to go through the detox to get the best results but overall I just think I chose the wrong styling agent.

A little goes a long way
A little goes a long way with this product…too much can make your hair looks greasy or weighed down. Definitely helped to define curls when distributed evenly and helped fight frizz really well!
Not great for my thick, curly hair
This did not work well for my thick, curly hair. It did help form some of my curls, but most of my head was just very frizzy.
I haven’t used this too much for my curls on my naturally curly hair yet, but it works well for control when I style it straight or with a little curl from the iron. And the smell is great! Kind of lemony, but it doesn’t linger. It also smells like it’s made with actual natural ingredients and no chemical scents (my nose knows the difference!). I will repurchase when my bottle runs out.
I have struggled with containing the frizz in my curls forever and this is the only thing i have found to work!! i love it!
