All You Need Is Me
- Concentrated organic ingredients work in harmony
- Soothing, healing and hydrating
- Softens and protects skin from the elements
Obsessed with that drug store wonder ointment–but not the petroleum that’s in it? Here’s your perfect alternative: a balm that does everything the other one does–soothes chafing and sunburn, cuts and scrapes, and revitalizes dry patches–without the toxins. Just olive oil, shea butter and other healthy oils that hydrate and heal.
Apply a small amount (a little goes a long way) wherever skin needs soothing and smoothing.
We also love this as a: lip balm, undereye hydrator, winter hand healer (under gloves overnight), dry cuticle tamer and age spot reducer.

About The Brand
When you eat well, you feel well–and the same holds true for what you put on your skin. That’s the driving principle that led founder Tina de Sousa to create True Organics using innovative, pure ingredients with the highest possible organic content.
Only a few ingredients, but highly effective in sealing in moisture and keeping my dry skin soft. It’s thick, creamy, perfect for my purse, and a little goes a long way. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
Absolutely love this product! It is soft, nourishing, and thick. It is great for super dry lips and even a little bit as after sun.
Too expensive for results
Tried it on my elbows when they had a rough spell, no noticeable difference. Tried it on my lips for 3 days multiple times a day when my lips were cracked and dry from cool weather changes; no difference at all. Unfortunately, I used my old faithful Carmex and it was mostly healed in one application. That night I put a teeny bit of aquaphor and woke up back to normal. So, I just can’t justify the price tag for the results. But, worthwhile side note, I’ve noticed my skin doesn’t seem to respond well to Shea butter in general.
packs a punch!
i bought this in the 15ml size semi-impulsively and it was a great decision! despite its seemingly small size, it can actually last for awhile because you only need a little bit of this magical stuff to get the job done. this melts into an oil upon skin contact and covers a lot of surface area because of it. i used it on two callouses on my finger (which tend to get dry- i work in retail which means opening lots of boxes aka DRY hands! not good for my callouses…) and it soothed and moisturized. it’s also super versatile and can be used for a multitude of things. because of its size, it’s portable for on-the-go folks. yay!! i’m so happy with this purchase, and am excited to use it in the winter.
Locks in moisture.
This product is especially helpful to use in the winter months. I use it on my lips and anywhere my skin is extra dry. It’s simple and scentless. (I also use it on my husband’s knuckles at night, and he doesn’t complain.) Not sure if it’s worth the price, but I may buy it again when I run out.
Very fast service
All you need is me from True Organics of Sweden is a great product. It really works!
Swing and miss
I tried this ointment as lip balm. There was something in this product that did not agree with my skin and caused a reaction.
Follain was understanding and let me exchange it for another product, which I really appreciated.
Just sharing the review in case anyone else experiences an adverse reaction.
Hi Anna, I’m happy we could help you out! It may be the Shea Butter that caused the reaction.
desert island moisturizer
this has the consistency of thick vaseline but feels incredibly light and not at all greasy on the skin. i don’t know how it’s possible, but that’s the deal. it healed my shredded and dry elbows, protects my dry, crack-prone hands in the winter, and i use it as a face cream in a pinch. i even use it to tame flyaways in my hair and it doesn’t leave my hair greasy. it’s a little. it gritty when you first squeeze t out of the tube but i kinda like that i can feel it melting while i rub it in. this is an essential product to have on hand.
Great replacement for Aquaphor
I use this instead of Aquaphor now on super dry and chapped skin and lips. It works incredibly well, and I’m happy knowing that the ingredients are clean!
Name says it all
Literally the only product you’ll ever need. Replaced vaseline + aquaphor for me. Never going back – love this!!
The New Aquaphore
I’ll cut to the chase – Aquaphore and other petroleum based products that are often used for lips and on baby’s skin are gross. This balm has the exact same texture and moisture retaining properties and it’s made with pure, non-gross ingredients. Side note: I also love to dab it on my cheeks for a little extra dewyness when my skin is looking parched in the winter.
I keep this in my bag most of the time an it’s kind of a jackknife of products. dry lips? tender cuticles? need to transform that lipstick into a gloss? getting blisters from those new shoes? It does it all!
