"I have always loved Colleen, but I ordered the 32 ounce product which I believe to be a bottle is that’s what it showed in the picture and a huge bag came. That was a refill. It was not clear during the purchase that this was a refill that did not come in bottle with a pump. When I reached out, I was told I could return it. Not really a satisfactory response."
