Great product, downgraded packaging
"This has been my go to moisturizer for nearly 5 years. I love the formula and it keeps my ultra sensitive skin from getting flaky in the winter. Unfortunately the new packaging and pump is a downgrade from the previous style. The old pump was smooth and wonderful and 1 pump was always the perfect amount. This new package jams easily and releases inconsistent amounts of product. The first pump may be small, the second huge, now you have too much product. Or you have to pump 5 times because the first two pumps were empty and the next three are tiny. I never had these issues with their old packaging. It’s a disappointing downgrade to a previously wonderful product."
